Hess Consulting is currently run by Philip Hess. Philip is a student at Messiah College studying Computer Science with a minor in Business Information Systems. Philip has 7 years experience with HTML and one year with CSS. He also has had 3 years experience with java and is learning javascript and PHP. |  |
